Talking about ¦koda Auto often brings to mind concepts like rationality, reliability, and practicality. However, a visit to the museum in Mladá Boleslav reveals a parallel reality: that of a brand that has been competing almost continuously for 125 years and whose sporting history is far deeper and more sophisticated than many imagine. The celebration also coincides with another significant anniversary: the 130th anniversary of the founding of Laurin and Klement, the company established in 1895 by Václav Laurin and Václav Klement that would eventually become ¦koda Auto. Just eight years after its inception, they were already competing with motorcycles. And since then, rallies, circuit racing, hill climbs, single-seaters, and international championships have been an integral part of the brand's DNA.
