The next stop is in Catalonia, where the Priorat wines are produced, one of the 37 wine tourism destinations of the Wine Routes of Spain, made up of 800 municipalities and 2,200 companies (almost 800 of which are wineries) and which receives more than three million visitors a year. The Priorat route has two appellations of origin, the one of the same name and the one of Montsant.
