Poza de la Sal (Burgos) This enclave of Burgos is famous for its mining history, which is reflected in its salt mines and in the so-called Salt Museum. Its medieval old town, with beautiful cobbled streets, and its church of San Esteban are some of the wonders that this small Castilian-Leonese town offers.
