Look to the past without giving up on the future
The Mission S offers a contemporary interpretation of some of Porsche's most recognizable traits. Its body--low, wide, and possessing a distinctly sporty stance--incorporates elements from various historical models, yet avoids an overtly retro aesthetic. At the front, the raised wheel arches and rounded headlights stand out--two signature features that point directly to the 911. The front end, notably low and sharp, also recalls the 911 GT1 race car, while the rear design contains references to the legendary 959. Other details evoke the 917--a major icon in Porsche's racing history--as well as the 928.
