Gunmen walk down an alleyway in the Palestinian refugee camp of Ain al-Helweh, outside the southern port city of Sidon, early on 1 October 2024, following an overnight Israeli air strike. The strike hit 'the house of the son of Mounir Maqdah', commander of the Lebanese branch of Fatah's armed wing, said a Palestinian official in the camp.
