The celebration of the FC Barcelona's league title through the streets of the Ciudad Condal brought together over 750,000 people, according to the Guardia Urbana. A crowd, mostly young people and children, flooded the center of the Catalan capital, climbed onto balconies, and even got on bus shelters to celebrate with their idols, who were busy signing all kinds of objects, singing, and dancing in a new display of connection between the team, built on a foundation of young homegrown players, and the Barça fans.

The afternoon started with the team photo, the coaching staff, and the board around the trophies, with Flick flanked by the president-elect, Joan Laporta, and the interim, Rafael Yuste, who highlighted to 'TV3' the coach's "involvement" in a "difficult moment" due to the recent death of his father. "Today he wanted to be with his players," he emphasized.

However, one of the most commented images of the parade was the one starring Lamine Yamal, when he appeared at the top of the open-top bus waving a Palestinian flag. The scene quickly went viral on social media, sparking all kinds of reactions among fans.

One of the first to respond through social media was Gabriel Rufián. The ERC deputy, a well-known Espanyol supporter, praised the international footballer's gesture. "Whether you like it or not. Let's celebrate it. Good for him," Rufián expressed in his post.

It is not very common for footballers, especially young ones, to take political stances on such sensitive issues as the Israel-Palestine conflict. Therefore, his gesture gained great significance and quickly resonated on social media.

It was not the only flag displayed during FC Barcelona's celebration. For example, Lewandowski waved the Estelada flag from the top of the bus.
