Prince George (13) disembarked at Eton on Tuesday to start a new school stage. The son of the Prince of Wales, in suit and tie, attended the prestigious British educational institution, where he will study his secondary education, accompanied by his parents under heavy rain.
Shortly after, George posed for a portrait in his new school uniform, the traditional black tailcoat, waistcoat, and white shirt, which is part of the tradition of the prestigious educational institution where prime ministers and royals, including his father and uncle Harry, have studied. George was welcomed by the Eton headmaster, Nicholas Coleridge, who greeted him and wished him "good luck".
After the welcome, George, William, and Kate were taken to the fourth-year corridor of the original building of the institution, believed to house the oldest classroom in the world. Like other parents, the Prince of Wales have helped their son settle into his room, where he will live this academic year and the next four years, until completing secondary education. The institution, founded in 1440 by Henry VI, accommodates male students aged between 13 and 18 who receive an exquisite education costing over 75,000 euros per year.
