Under scrutiny. This is the current situation of Naomi Campbell (54) as it has been discovered that she has used funds from the charitable organization Fashion for Relief that she founded in 2015. The Charity Commission for England and Wales has banned the ebony goddess from being a trustee of a charity for the next five years. Once again, scandal surrounds the figure of the top model who has left a few casualties along her career path.

In an effort to end poverty through fashion, Naomi Campbell positioned herself as a savior in some of the least developed countries on the planet. According to investigations, the ex of Joaquín Cortés spent close to two million euros on personal expenses, including private flights, luxury hotels, security services, beauty treatments, and tobacco.

Among the revealed extravagant expenses are 14,800 euros on a flight from London to Nice, another 9,000 euros for three nights in a super luxury hotel, and around 5,000 euros for security services during her stay at one of the Cannes Film Festival editions.

The investigation revealed that from 2016 to 2022, the NGO raised just over five million euros, of which only 8.5% were allocated to humanitarian causes as established by the organization's statutes. Among the most serious infractions are low levels of charitable spending, failure to submit legal declarations on time, complete non-compliance with the Action Plan, failure to manage partnership agreements, and failure to comply with the charity's constitution, among others.

As expected, Naomi has denied knowledge of the fraudulent use of the funds, expressing her "extreme concern" about everything that is happening. Through her representation agency, the model explained: "Firstly, I acknowledge that, as the face of Fashion for Relief, I am ultimately responsible for its conduct. Unfortunately, I did not participate in the organization's daily operations and entrusted the legal and operational management to others. I want to assure all those who have supported us that these findings are being taken very seriously. I have instructed new advisors to conduct a detailed investigation into what happened."

Naomi Campbell is expected to take this case to court, once again tarnishing her reputation. In March 2004, Fashion for Relief was removed from the Register of Charities in Great Britain.

In recent times, the supermodel is immersed in caring for her two children born through a surrogate. In May 2021, she had her daughter, and in June 2023, her son was born. Their names are currently unknown. On a personal level, rumors suggest that she is dating billionaire Mohammed Al Turki, director of the Red Sea Film Festival, as they have been seen together at various social events such as the Bafta gala or Paris Fashion Week.

However, those close to the model deny this claim as apparently, the businessman is in love with another model. It has been revealed that Campbell receives one million dollars from her special friend each time she walks the red carpet at the festival, funded by the Ministry of Culture of Saudi Arabia.
