When the distraught Paris Hilton (44) watched live on television as her $8.4 million Malibu mansion was engulfed in the Pacific Palisades fires last January, the wealthy heiress took action. On one hand, she devised a plan to help the displaced with donations and temporary housing, and on the other, she urgently needed to find a home to rebuild her family.

After twelve failed relationships, including with two heirs of Greek magnates like Stavros Niarchos and Paris Latsis, the great-granddaughter of the Hilton hotels founder married Carter Reum in 2021 - a writer and entrepreneur in the venture capital sector - with whom she has two children, Phoenix Barron and London Marilyn, aged 1.5 years.

After studying the real estate market in Los Angeles and its surrounding areas, Paris, whose style often resembles that of princess dolls, could not have made a better choice than opting for a sort of mansion in Beverly Park, one of California's most elite private communities. The socialite and businesswoman has paid $63 million (¤58,161,033) for a true dream home. It was her brother Barron, a real estate agent, who handled the purchase through their company Hilton & Hilton.

This is a residence that once belonged to actor Mark Wahlberg, sold for $55 million in 2023, making it the most expensive sale in Southern California that year. According to records, the star of Planet of the Apes and Boogie Nightspurchased the 2.5-hectare land for $8.25 million (¤7,616,400) in 2009.

An impressive mansion of over 2,800 square meters designed by Richard Landry, one of Hollywood's most prestigious architects who drew inspiration from European medieval castles, was built. The interior and exterior are filled with the most extraordinary luxuries.

It features 12 bedrooms with mostly canopy beds and a small adjacent living room, the walk-in closets are more spacious than any multi-brand store, there are 20 bathrooms, some with fireplaces, a two-story library in noble woods, a chef's kitchen with two gigantic central islands, various lounges with limestone fireplace. There are several bars distributed in different areas, a room solely dedicated to shoes, a wine cellar with thousands of wines and a tasting area, and a cinema room tastefully decorated with 15 spacious armchairs.

Outside, there are three tennis courts, basketball and skating rinks, a 5-hole golf course, and a pool that looks like it's from an amusement park with a grotto, surrounded by lush vegetation where several waterfalls cascade among the rocks, a chillout area, and a jacuzzi also surrounded by stone and vegetation.

Beverly Park is known for having some of the largest mansions in California in a protected area with an indescribable security level. With the prestigious 90210 zip code - one of the most prestigious in the world-, in recent years, residences have been sold for staggering prices like Sylvester Stallone's for $58 million. Paris will be neighbors with Adele, Denzel Washington, and Justin Bieber.
