The 23-year-old artist, a multiple Grammy winner known for her frankness, urged billionaires to share their wealth with those in need. Eilish received the musical innovation award at a ceremony in New York that brought together prominent figures from film, fashion, and technology, including Ben Stiller, Spike Lee, Hailey Bieber, Dr. Priscilla Chan, and notably billionaires Mark Zuckerberg and George Lucas.

During her speech, Eilish did not hesitate to call out the wealthiest individuals. Addressing the attendees, including Facebook founder and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, whose fortune is estimated at $227.9 billion, the pop star bluntly asked, "If you're a billionaire, why are you one? No offense, but please give away your money."

Eilish emphasized the urgency of solidarity in a world marked by crises. "We are living in a very difficult and dark time, and people need empathy and help more than ever, especially in our country," she added. She insisted that, "if you have money, it would be ideal to use it for good causes, maybe give it to those in need."

True to her message, the artist reaffirmed her commitment to philanthropy through a tangible action: Eilish announced that she will donate $11.5 million from the proceeds of her worldwide tour 'Hit Me Hard and Soft'. This tour, which includes over 100 concerts and will conclude on November 23, has focused its support initiatives on food equity, climate justice, and reducing carbon pollution.

In addition to her charitable commitment, Eilish has made notable efforts to make the tour more environmentally sustainable. The singer has implemented practices such as vegan catering, biodegradable confetti, and merchandise made from recycled cotton. Eilish has solidified her reputation as a critical voice dedicated to social and environmental causes.
