Rosalía has had to postpone the start of her tour in America that was supposed to kick off today in Miami. It has been confirmed that the artist temporarily suspends her first three dates of the week in the state of Florida (two in Miami and one in Orlando) due to "major family issues".

Although no further details have been revealed about the nature of this setback, Ticketmaster wanted to reassure fans by ensuring that this is not a definitive cancellation, and that they will refund the money to those who cannot attend the new concert dates.

"Due to a family emergency, Rosalía has to postpone her upcoming concerts in Miami on June 4 and 6. She regrets disappointing her fans, but the circumstances have not left her any other choice. While the tour team evaluates the rescheduling, please hold on to your tickets. We will provide more information soon. Thank you for your patience," reads the statement released by the Kaseya venue.

The promoter Live Nation also released a statement where they assure that Rosalía "regrets disappointing her fans, but the circumstances have not left her any other choice." In this tour, the artist was going to present her latest album, Lux, in the American continent, after her European tour was a great success.

The tour in America, which was starting today with its first date in Miami, will also visit Santiago de Chile, Buenos Aires, different cities in Mexico, and will conclude at the famous 'Choli' in San Juan, the capital of Puerto Rico.
