Since becoming known, especially for his immense fortune, Jeff Bezos (62) has tried by all means to shield his family from public attention. With 223.000 billion dollars, according to the latest Forbes list, the Amazon founder continues to attract endless news for his appearances with Lauren Sánchez (56), his second wife, more than for his business side.

Recently, Lauren mentioned that she would like to be a mother again with Jeff - the journalist has three children, Nikko, Evan, and Elsa, from her marriage to her former husband, businessman Patrick Whitesell - but for now, they have to settle for seven children together when they gather on special occasions.

Jeff Bezos was married to MacKenzie Scott (56) from 1993 to 2019, who received 4% of Amazon's shares valued at 38.000 billion dollars, of which she has already donated nearly 65%.

The couple had four children - three boys and a girl adopted from China - who have always been under strict security measures. But as they have grown, Preston, the eldest, decided to step forward to reveal his identity.

The young man was born in 2000, graduated from the prestigious Princeton University, just like his father did in 1986, and was named after a family tradition spanning four generations. In fact, it is the billionaire's second name.

Although Preston has appeared the most in family images on red carpets, little else is known about him. Not even what he studied in college.

More enigmatic are his siblings, of whom only a few photos exist, the latest being when the whole family attended the premiere of Star Trek Beyond in the summer of 2016.

No international media has published their names or routines. The little that has been revealed are some statements from Jeff when he has stated that he likes "to read the newspaper, I like to have coffee, have breakfast with my children before they go to school."

Contrary to what one might think, in some of the various public appearances of the Spanish-born businessman, he has stated that he gives his descendants the necessary freedom to become productive individuals.

At an event organized by the non-profit global organization FIRST, he revealed some of the best advice he could give them: "Whatever you do, choose something you can bring passion to." In this way, Bezos was sure that this would "facilitate the decision to work hard."

After the divorce, Jeff and MacKenzie have joined forces to continue protecting their children, they agree on how to raise them, civilly agree on decisions and have never had to resort to court for custody.

On his personal X account, the tycoon wrote about ending 25 years of marriage: "We have had such a good life together as a married couple, and we also see a wonderful future ahead, as parents, friends, partners, and as individuals pursuing adventures and projects. Although the labels are different, we remain a family and remain dear friends."
