At the beginning of 2026, the lives of Paz Vega (50) and Orson Salazar (48) were forever changed. After 25 years together and three children in common, the actress and the agent ended their love story last April.

The actress left her main residence in mid-May in the Madrid neighborhood of Justicia, valued at around two million euros, because the property had been seized. Since then, she has been living in her only sister Sara's home.

Along with her, her three children, Orson Jr. (19), Ava (17), and Lenon (16), have also moved, experiencing the consequences of their parents' separation. The eldest of the couple's children, who is promoting himself as a budding actor, has been the latest to speak about this situation.

Orson Salazar Campos - his mother's real name is María de la Paz Campos Trigo - has granted his first exclusive interview to Vanity Fair, where he made it clear that from his father he has "the physical aspect and character; from my mother, her nobility and love for work."

In an introspective act, the young man delves even deeper into his roots, his legacy: "From my Sevillian branch, I think I have the boldness, the joy, that touch of humor typical of Andalusians, not taking things too seriously and knowing how to enjoy life," he assured the Spanish edition of the mentioned magazine. And he adds: "And from Venezuela, although I haven't been there yet, I have that fierceness, that energy, because Venezuelans are very forward-thinking, very passionate people. And I know that I also carry that within me. In the end, it's a pretty powerful mix."

Born on May 2, 2007, in Madrid, the young man had little time to enjoy the Spanish capital as his parents decided to move to Los Angeles a year later, as Paz wanted to internationalize her career. She thought that with the help of her friend Morgan Freeman (89), with whom she starred in Dame 10 razones (2006), things would go smoothly. Previously, she had already acted in Spanglish (2004) alongside Adam Sandler and Téa Leoni.

Shortly after landing in California, Paz and Orson bought a house of almost 140 square meters with three bedrooms and two bathrooms for 985,000 dollars. Although their three children were born in Madrid, they all lived on the other side of the Atlantic until they finally decided to settle in Spain in 2017.

Orson studied at the Liceo Francés, so he speaks the language correctly, also learned English and, of course, spoke Spanish at home. Life in the American state went on like that of any kid his age.

The young man was very diligent in his studies, got good grades, and in his free time, he loved riding his bike in trendy places like Venice and Santa Monica. Among the extracurricular activities where he excelled were taekwondo practice and training with the LA Galaxy soccer team, where David Beckham (51) played at the time after leaving Real Madrid.

Initially, Orson wanted to excel in a sport and was preparing for it, but as he grew older, he was more attracted to his mother's profession. Not in vain, from birth, he has always been surrounded by some of the most important actors and directors in the national industry.

When he definitively returned to our country a decade ago, Orson had trouble writing in Spanish, but gradually adapted thanks to studying at an elite Madrid school with his siblings.

Like many teenagers, Orson was not sure what he wanted to do, so before coming of age, he debuted as a model. Thanks to family contacts, he posed for Valero Rioja, one of the most renowned photographers in the profession.

His sister, Ava, was doing the same with acting, making her first steps in an episode of the series Paquita Salas (2018) and four years later, she appeared in 13 episodes of Campamento Newton.

As he revealed in Vanity Fair, "since I was little, I knew I would end up being involved in the film industry in one way or another because it has always been what has surrounded me." For this reason, he enrolled at the TAI University School of Arts specializing in production because he wants to learn how film shoots are managed behind the camera.

When he has free time, he loves going to the beach to surf, practice boxing and martial arts, and every time he visits Seville to see his maternal grandparents, he loves riding a motorcycle with his grandfather and savoring his grandmother's delicious recipes.

Although it may seem unbelievable, he still doesn't know his father's homeland, but he will soon travel to Caracas and Los Roques to immerse himself in Latin culture.
