The streak of good luck and happiness continues for Kaley Cuoco (40), who on June 10 announced in a fun way that she is expecting her second daughter. The star of Big Bang Theory chose a cake covered in colorful sprinkles with the words "it's a..." and a missing frosting corner revealing a pink interior.
The actress already has a 3-year-old daughter named Matilda with her fiancé, Tom Pelphrey (44), known for the series Ozark.
On Sunday, August 16, the famous parents hosted a baby shower with a Mexican-themed party at their 16-acre ranch in Thousand Oaks, north of Los Angeles, purchased eight years ago.
The decoration featured garlands with maracas, cacti, colorful signs, and most importantly, many taco-shaped stickers, printed designs on dresses and fabric bags with the words "just a girl who loves tacos."
One of the sweetest moments of the party was when Matilda appeared on social media wearing a sleeveless dress with a floral ornament while her mom chose for this special occasion a long red dress with an asymmetrical skirt and pleated hem, with floral prints, accentuating her baby bump. Her hair was up. On her Instagram, she expressed the joy she felt and mentioned that completing her little family has been "a dream come true." This second journey has been a bit more challenging in many ways, but we are very grateful for this moment!
Among the guests at the party were some famous friends of Kaley such as actresses Amy Davidson -her co-star in 8 Simple Rules-, Ashley Jones known for The Bold and the Beautiful, Kimberly J. Brown from Halloweentown, and of course, the host's sister Briana Cuoco.
Kaley and Tom met in the spring of 2022 at the premiere of Ozark, as they coincidentally had the same representation team. Sparks flew between them, and they fell in love.
