The American singer Nicole Taylor, a member of the trio Taylor Red, has died at 35 due to aggressive breast cancer that had progressed to stage four. The artist had been battling the disease for four years, according to her twin sisters, Nika and Natalie, in an Instagram video. "We thought she would heal here on Earth, but now she is healed in heaven."

The sisters explained that Nicole passed away on September 28 and that they are "in shock and heartbroken." "We are sharing her story of heavenly healing," they stated, adding: "We thought she would be here sharing her story of earthly healing. Instead, we are sharing her story of heavenly healing, and she is at peace and no longer suffering, so we are grateful for that."

The country singer's sisters spoke about Nicole's illness: "It was an aggressive type. In her own words, when she found out, she said, 'God will use this for His glory.' She thought about it without fear and said, 'We are not going to live in fear during this.' She even practiced CrossFit while undergoing chemotherapy. She responded well to treatments and was even cancer-free at one point. She tried not to live in fear, kept hope alive, traveled, tried to live life, worked very hard, and tried to have fun."

Nika and Natalie recounted how Nicole learned she had cancer in 2022. "I remember we were in a public place, and she received a call from a healthcare provider about her biopsy results," one of the sisters began. "I remember going to the bathroom, and she put the call on speaker: 'Do you have a family member with you?'" the healthcare provider asked. At that moment, the sisters already knew what they were going to be told: "You have cancer."

Having been "blessed with good health" throughout their lives, this news had a "huge impact" on them, as it was completely unexpected. According to Natalie, the middle triplet, born one minute after Nicole, she only remembers collapsing in "total shock."

The chemotherapy went as well as possible, despite being stage three cancer. They even celebrated that there was no evidence of the disease. Unfortunately, the cancer returned in a much more aggressive form and progressed to stage four, ultimately leading to the triplet's passing on September 28 at her home in Nashville, Tennessee.
