his Sunday, the death of Hawaiian actor David HK Bell has been announced, who recently appeared in the live-action movie of 'Lilo and Stitch'. His sister Jalene Kanani Bell was the one to communicate his passing, without specifying the reasons for his death.
What his family has done is to dedicate some beautiful words to their brother, whom they met when they were already adults. "He was a beacon, a protector, a life companion who knew how to give love where it was needed, even in the silences inherited from the absence of a father figure. He was always there," shared Jalen.
In 'Lilo and Stitch,' he had a minor role. His only scene takes place on the beach, where he is eating an ice cream. In the end, the ice cream ends up on the ground partly due to the mischievous Stitch. Despite his brief appearance in the recent Disney release, David was involved in various productions in Hawaii. He acted in series such as Magnum P.I. and Hawaii 5.0.
"This is heartbreaking and sad. He was one of my best talents and embodied the true meaning of aloha... a gentle giant," expressed his representative, Lashauna Downie.
