If you are looking for a different family vacation, on the Costa Blanca there is a place where your stay can turn into a medieval adventure. It is a theme park set in the world of Robin Hood.
Robin Hood's Hideout on the Costa Blanca
The place we are talking about is Magic Robin Hood, a holiday resort located in the town of Alfaz del Pi in Alicante, just a few kilometers from Benidorm. The complex is presented as the first medieval resort in Europe and is conceived around the legend of Robin Hood.
Managed by the hotel group Magic Costa Blanca, the resort recreates the Sherwood Forest, associated with the legend of Robin Hood, and the English city of Nottingham. It covers over 100,000 square meters and its facilities combine water activities, gastronomy, and themed shows.
Magic Robin Hood features cabins, slides, and medieval shows
One of its main features is the themed cabins, spread across different areas and inspired by the medieval universe. All of them have a terrace and amenities such as air conditioning, TV, minibar, or wifi, while some higher categories include a jacuzzi.
However, the experience goes beyond accommodation. The Ultra All-Inclusive package allows access to buffets, themed restaurants, snacks, food trucks, and drinks, as well as including certain experiences and services. There are also spa, relaxation areas, Game Experience, and activities for all ages.
Water is one of its main attractions. In its water park, areas like Dragon'z Race Lagoon, a pool with six slides, or Locksley's Lagoon, a relaxation area with Balinese beds and a pool bar, stand out. For children, there is the Kids' Splash, a water area with small attractions.
For those seeking more adrenaline, the resort also offers a multi-adventure area, laser tag, zip line, and climbing wall. The entertainment program completes the proposal with daily animation, live shows, and family activities. The medieval setting, the castle, and themed areas serve as the stage for various shows.
Regarding prices, accommodation is offered with different types of cabins and packages, so the rate varies depending on dates, occupancy, and category. As a reference, some Premium cabins start from 768 euros, while certain seasonal promotions start from 135 euros per cabin per night.
There is also a Day Pass option, which allows enjoying the pools, water park, and various activities for a day. Rates start from 48.90 euros for adults. Children aged 2 to 16 receive a 50% discount, and children under two have free access.
