Another night of drone exchanges between Ukraine and Russia. On the Ukrainian side, at least four people have died and 32 have been injured in a Russian drone attack in various Ukrainian regions. Meanwhile, in Russia, the Ministry of Defense reported that they had shot down 91 Ukrainian drones overnight, eight of them in the Moscow region and the majority in border areas.
At least two people have died and two have been injured in the Sumy region. In Kherson, one person has died and another has been injured, while one person has died in the port of Odesa. Another 23 people have been injured in Kharkiv and five more in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Russian drones have also struck the capital Kiev, causing damage but no fatalities.
On another note, Zelensky announced on Saturday that Ukraine had signed agreements with European allies and a major U.S. defense company to increase drone production, with Kiev set to receive "hundreds of thousands" more this year. Zelensky did not name the U.S. company in his nighttime address to Ukrainians, but stated that Ukraine and Denmark have also agreed to co-produce drones and other weapons on Danish soil.
Four injured in new Russian attacks on Ukrainian recruitment centers
Russia attacked Ukrainian military recruitment centers located in the Kharkiv and Zaporizhia regions on Monday with drones, as reported on their Facebook account by the Ukrainian Army Ground Forces, according to Efe.
A Ukrainian soldier was injured in the attack on the Zaporizhia center. Three other people were injured in the Kharkiv region.
Russia had already attacked Ukrainian military recruitment centers last week in the cities of Poltava and Kremenchuk, in central Ukraine.
