As soon as he got out of the car, the President of the United States, Donald Trump, once again commented on the attire of Volodimir Zelenski. Pointing at him and shaking his hand, he said:

- I can't believe it. I love it!

Ukrainian designer Viktor Anisimov had prepared this suit, personally chosen by the president, for this meeting, with a blend of civilian and military garment that Zelenski has worn on other occasions, such as Pope Francis' funeral. It is a classic design with a black shirt and jacket.

The meeting between both leaders was much smoother than the last time, and there were even moments of relaxation discussing the outfit. Reporter Brian Glenn, chief correspondent of Real America's Voice, who had previously asked Zelenski in March why he wasn't wearing a suit, asked again, this time jokingly. Zelenski himself acknowledged it and stated that it was a suit prepared for the occasion. "I see you haven't changed your suit today but I have," Zelenski joked with the journalist.

Zelenski promised his military that he would not wear civilian attire again until the war was over. He has always avoided wearing an official military uniform, as he is not a general, but has chosen to wear military green garments, especially from the Ukrainian brand M-Tak.

In his own wardrobe, alongside all the military-inspired clothing, Zelenski keeps a civilian suit with a white shirt in the closet of his presidential office. "It's for celebrating Victory Day," he told a journalist while showing his personal quarters.

President Zelenski handed Trump a letter from his own wife, Olena Zelenska, addressed to Melania Trump. The First Lady, who wrote a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin, which her husband delivered, asked him to stop "the killing of children", making her a beloved figure in Ukraine.
