Kremlin Says No Clarifications Received from the US on Possible Nuclear Tests
The Kremlin stated on Tuesday that they have not received any clarification from the United States regarding comments about a possible resumption of nuclear tests. President Donald Trump ordered the immediate resumption of nuclear weapons testing by the US military last month.
However, it was not clear whether he was referring to nuclear-capable missile flight tests or the resumption of tests involving nuclear explosions, something that neither the United States nor Russia has done in over three decades.
Moscow has expressed a desire for Washington to clarify the situation. When asked about the matter on Tuesday, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told reporters that Moscow had not yet received any explanation from the United States regarding the type of tests Trump was referring to. Ukraine Confirms Attacks on Petroleum Infrastructures in Crimea and Russia
The Ukrainian General Staff confirmed on Tuesday an attack on a refinery located in the Russian region of Saratov and also announced new strikes on an oil terminal at the port of Feodosia in the occupied Crimea peninsula, which had previously been targeted by Kiev's forces.
"As part of the campaign to destroy the military and economic potential of the Russian aggressor, during the early hours of November 11, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked the Saratov refinery," the General Staff note read, shortly after an official Ukrainian spokesperson announced it.
Several explosions have occurred, causing a massive fire, according to the Ukrainian General Staff. The refinery produces over 20 types of petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, and a certain type of sulfur. Some of these products are used by the Russian Army, as stated in the press release.
Regarding the oil terminal at the port of Feodosia on the eastern coast of Crimea, the Kiev General Staff reports damage to several fuel storage tanks. Due to its geographical location, the infrastructure plays a significant role in the transfer of fuel and petroleum products from the Russian Federation to Russian troops fighting in Ukrainian territory.
The Kiev General Staff also reports a successful attack on a military equipment warehouse and on a concentration of Russian Army personnel in the Russian-occupied part of the Ukrainian Donetsk region.
Zelensky Commemorates the Third Anniversary of the Recovery of Kherson
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky commemorated on Tuesday, through a message posted on his social media, the third anniversary of the recovery of the city of Kherson by the Ukrainian Army, located in southern Ukraine and which had been captured by Russia in the early days of the war.

We remember that joy, those tears, those hugs," wrote Zelensky, who recalled that the city is bombed daily by Russian forces still controlling the part of the homonymous region on the eastern bank of the Dnieper River. Zelensky stated that the same "strength" that allowed Ukrainians to regain the regional capital enables the city and the rest of the region under Ukrainian control to withstand continuous Russian attacks.

The FSB emphasized that thanks to the measures taken, the "plans of the Ukrainian and British secret services to organize a large-scale provocation were thwarted." Efe reports.
