New destinations, new hotels, and the relaunch of its Loyalty Program. H10 Hotels chain keeps growing. In 2025, it has added two new establishments to its division of urban luxury hotels, The One by H10 Hotels, thus expanding its presence in major European capitals such as Paris and Porto. In May of last year, the chain incorporated the The One Alma Paris, an exclusive five-star hotel with 40 rooms located in the prestigious 7th district of the French capital, just minutes from the Eiffel Tower.
Located in an elegant Parisian-style building, the hotel stands out for its sophisticated interior design that combines noble materials, Art Deco pieces, and a carefully curated private collection of contemporary art. One of the most attractive areas of the establishment is Le Sommet Rooftop Lounge, a panoramic space located on the seventh floor, fully glazed with magnificent views of the rooftops of Paris and the top of the Eiffel Tower.
In the same line of European expansion, in November H10 Hotels added to its portfolio The One Monumental Palace, another five-star hotel, this time with 76 rooms, located in the historic center of Porto. The establishment is housed in a neoclassical building from 1923 on the iconic Avenida dos Aliados, the former headquarters of the famous Café Monumental.
The hotel positions itself as a benchmark of luxury in the city, housing a bar and three restaurants, one of them, the Le Monument restaurant, awarded with a Michelin star and two suns. The magnificent Le Grand Bleu wellness center and three event rooms complete the range of services. The latest in the Mexican Caribbean
Last December, the chain opened a new five-star resort, newly built in the exclusive area of Costa Mujeres, about 19 km from Cancun. This is Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres, the first resort of the new collection of premium establishments aimed at the adult audience: Ocean Allure Caribbean Resorts. The complex is located beachfront and is integrated into a natural environment of mangroves, tropical jungle, and a white sandy beach with crystal-clear waters. Its architecture, with low-rise white buildings, highlights the paradisiacal environment where it is located.
The Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres features 599 spacious and bright suites inspired by the sea and contemporary design, equipped with all comforts and premium services. It also offers a wide-ranging all-inclusive gastronomic experience with eight restaurants (including themed French, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, and steakhouse cuisine) and ten bars, some located on rooftops with sea views.

With this opening, the chain reinforces its presence in the premium hotel segment in the Caribbean, where it already has four resorts in Mexico, two in Dominican Republic, and two in Jamaica.
