The attacks came on the same day Israel escalated its offensive against its northern neighbor amid the escalating conflict in the Middle East.

The Israeli offensive comes after the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah launched several rockets into Israeli territory following the assassination of Iran's Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, at the start of the regional war.

According to the latest reports, Israeli attacks have resulted in the death of at least 826 people in Lebanon since March 2, when clashes between Hezbollah and Israel reignited. Among the victims are 106 children and 65 women. The humanitarian impact of the conflict is growing. In just ten days, over 800,000 people have been forced to flee their homes across the country, according to humanitarian organizations.

The Norwegian Refugee Council warned that this figure is roughly equivalent to one in seven people in Lebanon, highlighting the seriousness of a crisis that continues to worsen as attacks and insecurity persist in the region.
