His speech was interrupted several times by a group of protesters who had infiltrated sporadically among the enthusiastic audience. At least twenty people were evacuated by the venue's security, after some even suffered shoves and blows from Trump supporters.

Among the protesters, one of them stood out, who was wearing a Spanish national team shirt.

Trump accused the participants of being "paid to protest" and ordered those who were still in the venue to "go to hell." His words prompted cheers from his supporters.

The episode repeatedly interrupted an event designed to support Paxton in his Senate race and highlighted the tension between the protesters and the supporters of the U.S. President.
