Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the projectile hit a bus stop. Authorities are investigating the attack as a possible war crime.

The Prosecutor's Office indicates that Russia used a UMPB D-30 SN gliding aerial bomb.

Russian attacks have also struck Kiev, where at least four people have died and twelve others have been injured. Two of the victims died after a drone struck between two residential buildings in the Obolon district. In Desnianski, another drone hit a house, resulting in the death of two women.

The Ukrainian capital has also experienced emergency power outages due to damage to the energy infrastructure.

Meanwhile, Ukraine has targeted Russian territory overnight, including a Yandex data center in Ryazan and a Gazprom refinery in Salavat. Russia claims that its anti-aircraft defenses intercepted and destroyed 399 Ukrainian drones overnight.
